A slightly restricted form of Morbid Plunder, which curiously has only just been printed despite the long precedent of Urborg Uprising, Macabre Waltz and Soul Stair Expedition. Since Morbid Plunder is 1BB, this seems right at 2B.

Probably not. How about the slightly-functionally-different "Choose one - return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand; or return two target black creature cards from your graveyard to your hand."?
