I can't tell if this needs rewording or not. Can you not just keep activating it on a different creature each turn and none of them ever untap? Or just the effect wipe as soon as this card ever untaps? (which you dont have the option not to do, by the way)

this is a consequence of a change to siphon. it went from preventing an untap to tapping in upkeep. siphon will be getting overhauled soon anyway, so until then ill just slap on "you may choose not to untap"
