Nice twist on Regress. Wording probably needs slight rearrangement to use the standard modal template with a semicolon.

...which I had before. What you're seeing is the result of a vacillation over whether this was too good for common, and getting halfway to making it just one or the other, then deciding just to recost.

Name is too close to Unweave. This one probably easier to change.

New name makes sense for the Artifact mode; is perhaps a bit creepy in the Creature mode, but hey.
