Huh, you're right. 3W feels too little, somehow. Maybe 2WW? Although that would make it the 4th double-white common.

Rejigged to 2WW 3/3 to avoid comparison with Rhox Conscript. (re Angel of Mercy, this implies that Flying is worth about 0.5 mana in White, which seems plausible)
