"At the beginning of the next end step, if all exiled cards have been cast"?
"When you cast a card this way for the second time" seems to encompass everything this could mean.
I was expecting something entirely different from the name. Intersting to see the token not match up the spells colors, though I can barely make out the flavor justification.
You can't use "cast" if Sorrow wants this to function when you exile a land.

Why does this card exist? I wanted to make another card that created a 2/2 green and blue Naga Wizard token. Since the remaining slots were allied colors, I thought that RG would be better than UB as the other card that made the same type of tokens was GU, but flavored towards the GUR god.
I couldn't come up with strong, evocative name when I was ready to name the card. Polsfa's worship is the worship of the natural world itself, and I just remember hearing about rapid inventories, and that seemed to fit with what the more evidence-obsessed faithful of Polsfa's Mystery would be interested in.
