Awkward timing. Would it make more sense to swap the abilities (and change the costs, of course)?
This is possibly too strong, haste and trample on a 5/5 for 4 is way ahead of the curve, thrive makes it more or less impossible to deal with without solid removal. Activated ability is unlikely to be activated unless it wins the game immediately.
This is very strong, if on the draw it's very likely that you will be able to have 3 lands to your opponent's 4 on your turn 4 and it is Cultivate even if you don't.
