Sure, you'd rather have hooting Mandrils nearly 100% of the time, but it doesn't exist in this set. It's a limited card.
For a return set, I'm dubious you'd want all five mechanics, and reusing the Khans mechanic flies in the face of the whole "rewriting history" thing.
... What is the point of this? I mean, I'm pretty sure most players would rather just have Hooting Mandrills anyway.
Now it's a variation on Stream Hopper. I didn't mention Tidehollow Strix becaus ethere's a world of difference between a gold card and a hybrid card. I'm still highly dubious about this. I'd rather consider a 1/3 with "
