Reduce cost of 2nd ability from 2 to 1
I changed the back side of Teferi from white to white/blue instead of mono white since it draws cards (which feels wrong for mono-white.)
I think the point is that the utility ability should come first, and the 'wow' ability should come last. "Destroy target tapped creature" just isn't a great way to finish Gideon Jura's 'story'. This planeswalker... I could see this going +1, then +0, then +2, but I can understand putting +0 at the end. Truth is, it doesn't really have much of a wow moment... which is probably a bad thing.
Traditionally, the abilities that grant more loyalty come first. Some planeswalkers, like Gideon Jura, violate this, but I don't think they should.

Better, I would say. It's nice to see the abilities have some interplay.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, though, but I think the only planeswalker that references a non-evergreen mechanic is Garruk Relentless. It's not something Wizards tends to do.
