I've seen similar mechanics suggested before. Inscribe seems ill-advised as a set mechanic due to the amount of combat math hell it can induce in high numbers. Limiting the buffs to be only usable at sorcery speed would resolve those issues.
Ooh. At first I thought this was strictly worse than Rampant Growth. Then I saw the word "graveyard". So this is somewhere between Rampant Growth and Mulch.
I think it'd be OK for it to say "land card" rather than "basic land card", though. A lot of tournament decks run less than 50% basics, so would have a pretty poor chance of hitting any basic with this. Unless the set has a strong "basic lands" theme, of course. But this looks like more of a graveyard enabling ramp spell than a basics-matter card.
Maybe 4 power if this ends up too stronk.
Yeah, it was an experiment. However, we have moved all the gods to uncommon and up so I will update this.
