do i need to say it can have new targets, or is that implied since it's coming from the graveyard? How long does a spell remember what targets it had? That also makes me wonder if targeting a spell is targeting the effect that occurred or the card itself... hmmm

was thinking of saving a ripple-matters ability for another guy...

i was wondering if there could be a different way to make allies matter... maybe putting them from hand OTB tapped? I dunno if that's in pie, but I'm sure anything that gives answers isn't , so no tutoring into play or topdecking into play... but if it's already in your hand it might not be a problem?

I'm using ripple because it looks less like 'Human' and because it feels more MTG-y...

i do prefer hamon but this works best in this situation i think
