was thinking of saving a ripple-matters ability for another guy...

i was wondering if there could be a different {w} way to make allies matter... maybe putting them from hand OTB tapped? I dunno if that's in pie, but I'm sure anything that gives answers isn't , so no tutoring into play or topdecking into play... but if it's already in your hand it might not be a problem?
