Changed the art used on that reddit post since that's already used for "Strixhaven Mystical Archive" version of Compulsive Research.

Seems like a snug fit to the set since it has a lot of mana production and manipulation among a wide array of card types. Maybe could use few enchantments that produce mana as well.

Currently the only card to use newer rules syntax conventions (ie. ETB without the 'battlefield').
