- upload and download as mechanics? how to do?:
  - new zone called Aethernet. upload (put) cards there that can be downloaded (copied).
  - new artifact subtype Server with ability to upload or host cards. (like imprint).

I note that this fails at the standard Contraptions criterion of "making Steamflogger Boss work", because "assemble target artifact" can't be changed by a replacement effect into "assemble two target artifacts". I guess that's why this doesn't have the type Rigger, but then it's rather misleading to give it "Rigger" in the name...
