Yeah, I thought about that, but I’m worried a cheaper version would be too swingy in this setting. About 1/3 of the decks would be absolutely devastated by it.
See also: Cascade, Rebound, Suspend, alternative casting cost spells like Force of Will, Panoptic Mirror, and a bunch of Red spells like... oh let's just say Mindclaw Shaman.
That said, I think the card is still reasonable. There's just a lot more options for it than one would guess at first blush.

I could maybe go
Might just end up dropping it altogether

Seems a bit expensive given it does less than Shatterstorm. For this cost you could get Purify. (Or of course Day of Judgment.)
Lol. I’m also considering making this a cantrip. Thoughts?
Finally! I can cast 4x Aladdin's Lamp for ! Just what I always wanted!

Lol. I love kobolds.
My turn? I drop 60 Crimson Kobolds and similar into play :)

I’ll just move this to uncommon
"Exile two target auras, then return one of them to the battlefield attached to a permanent its owner controls"
Perhaps...
"Destroy up to one target aura, then exile up to one target aura, then return it to the battlefield attached to target creature."
That would keep this card extra useful against auras, but also useful for a person playing auras.
Huh. I guess you can move auras around in White by flickering them?
