Legendary Creature – Horror
Whenever a source would deal noncombat damage to a creature or planeswalker you control, prevent that damage.
{1}{g}{w}: Put a loyalty counter on target planeswalker. Activate this ability only as a sorcery, and only once per turn.
Choose one –
• Bounce all colorless nonland permanents. (To bounce a permanent, return it to its owner’s hand.)
• Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control for each of its colors.
Creature – Horror Shaman
{5}{g}: Target creature you control fights another target creature.
{5}{u}: Bounce target creature you control. (To bounce a permanent, return it to its owner’s hand.)
Creature – Human Warrior
Deathtouch, trample
Morbid — At the beginning of your end step, if a creature died this turn, you may return target creature or land card from your graveyard to your hand.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player discards a card from their hand at random.
{2}{b}, Sacrifice Fearful Descent: Draw a card and lose 1 life.

On Malekh's Right Hand:

First ability should have the discard first.

On Enchantress Guildmage:

Yeah, this is just a complicated extort+. Actually, this is only for enchantments, which probably justifies the bigger life swing.

On Enchantress Guildmage:

Would seem simpler to use... extort I think it was?

On Zendikar Rising:

This will die before its triggers can place counters on it, due to the way state based actions are processed. It either needs to have a replacement ability that allows it to enter the battlefield with counters, or it needs be at least a 0/1.

On Zegiga's Corruptor:

Dead things seem to be immune to Emrakul's influence.

On Song of Stars:

Rebound doesn't fit the mechanics of the set.

On Song of Stars:

Why not make this a sorcery with Rebound?

On Oblivion Command:

There we go, that should help. The only reason I chose 4 was to expunge out all copies of a combo piece or such.

On Oblivion Command:

Jester's Cap was in ftv because it was the premier (and first) way of doing that effect back in 1995. Sadistic Sacrament and Memoricide are better cards to compare. I run Sad Sac in Commander and it's great on turn 3 and turn 30.

On Oblivion Command:

Oy vey! Jester's Cap four cards for {1}{b}{b}, plus a bonus? Granted, the cap is colorless (and recurrable), and might be overcosted nowadays? But Wizards still thought it was cool enough to put it in From the Vault: Relics.

I'm pretty sure that even if the card only killed one card in the opponent's deck, it would still be a strong fourth option. But I'm aware that this is supposed to be a marquee rare. I presume the best choice is somewhere between the two extremes...
