Phyrexia vs the Multiverse: FAQ
FAQ for the nitpickers
You don't need to know all these rules, but they're here for those who want to be specific.
- The art is mostly repurposed MTG art, mostly from the Scars of Mirrodin block.
- Phyrexia's permanents are normal spells. They can be countered.
- Phyrexia has infinite mana and pays costs if able (e.g. Mana Leak).
- Ignore effects that would cause Phyrexia to do impossible actions.
- Phyrexia's cards are all colorless and have converted mana cost of 0. They are not tokens.
- If phyrexia has multiple cards in hand, you choose the order that it casts. It casts them in one at a time, waiting for one to resolve before casting the other.
- Phyrexia doesn't lose when its library is empty, it just stops drawing cards.
- If phyrexia would gain life, instead shuffle that many cards randomly from its graveyard into its library.
- Direct damage and 'revenge damage' counts as combat damage.
- 'Revenge damage' isn't a triggered ability, it's simultaneous. First strike won't help you. -
