Any reason this isn't just a 3/3 creature, but a 0/0 with three counters?
I feel the condition for becoming a creature should be worded more like "If you cast this card from your graveyard, it enters the battlefield as a 3/3 Elemental creature in addition to its other types."
There is no such thing as a "retrace cost" since retrace actually uses the normal casting cost.
How can blue black be so close flavorfully but all the abilities feel just too much of one and not both.
For reference, I was revamping this card completely.
