Huh, someone unfortunately long reminder text. With an annoyingly ambiguous 'it'. Maybe you can abuse the reminder-text-doesn't-need-to-be-rules-text thing to shorten it?
Maybe 'no attack' rather than 'no kill' for the downside?
~ gets a +1/+1 token when it kills a creature, and loses one if it doesn't attack
I mean, I know reminder text words don't count towards complexity count; but just the one word 'hunger' is so long that it doesn't fit without reducing font size. You'll not be able to fit anything interesting on a card.
Mechanics-wise. Keywording the vampire ability is interesting. Adding the 'must kill each turn' kinda seems like you'll never be bale to hold the counters. So are you looking at some kind of "Pay a +1/+1 counter" mechanic to go with it?
