a 5/3 deathtoucher is quite weird.
Also the name doesnt match the type, or abilities.
Maybe it could have the Stalking ability, first seen on Stalking Tiger because that seems like somthing black would do.
Also this could be a Zombie, stalking is something they do and they aint known for bein pretty :)

this definitely follows the tenets of Giant Spider except for having Reach.... Black doesnt get it, but I think the idea of black spiders outweights having to have reach. I love the idea of golgari spider tribal :P
