See Wily Bandar, this could be like that. Also if it were to be a 3/3 for 3 it would be fine, because the lifelink would be better. But 3 mana for 1 life? No thanx
How did a human come down from Nyx?
This happens because these once were enchantment creatures. They were pets of the gods who lived in Nyx, but fell to earth and lost their magic. So it could be anything, it is human because it belonged to Heliod. Now its just a dude.

Oh i see now, humans have been Nyxborn before. my bad.
But i thought they fell from nyx? wouldnt that strip them of their immortality and make them mortals? so they were tossed away, but not affected at all? Seems kind of odd. Also im not sure what you are going with for the designs in these cards. Are they getting helped byt eh gods that just threw them out? Hard to get it
my bad. you did say that they were causing havoc because of their unstable nature, so i suppose they retained their powers
they lost some of their nyx magics, but still have powers. Also, they were all thrown out by Heliod. This is not apparent, but the expanded story explains it. :D

Also you should have spelled it "Indestructible" not with an able at the end for suffix
