Maybe exile the target? Seems like a reasonable white common to me; though maybe slightly aggressively costed since it's a cantrip too.

Take Vengeance from M19 destroys a tapped creature for 1W. I thought narrowing it a bit might be worth a cantrip.

Thing with this card is that it will depend a lot on the environment whether it will make sense. This card can firmly shapr the environment. It's a bit weird just "thrown in".

Yeah, I don't see this being a good idea at common. Efficient removal with card draw attached to it is always first-pickable. You could just remove the cantrip since this is very well playable even without it.
