To start of: I already like the set description more. I can understand a plane constantly created on one end and undone on the other.

The old tagline always left me wondering what it actually means, so thumbs up for that change. :)

Reading about your Moonfolk idea, I want to point out: "Soratami" is the Kamigawa name for their Moonfolk, the same wai "Akki" is their name for Goblin or "Kyren" is a Mercadian form of Goblin or "Merrow" are what Merfolk are called on Lorwyn. It's a local variant of a broader race. Sometimes it makes sense to bring such a variant back, but since this is the first time Moonfolk appear outside Kamigawa it might be a good idea to break the mold and make Tuvian Moonfolk more distinct.

That's an idea I can get behind. They're such a cool race that we've seen so little of, I'd be glad to diverge the flavor into my own realm for the sake of expansion. I'll have to find a direction to take them and find a middle ground from there of course.

Colored commons have now been transferred over from the old set with many adjustments made. Some cards were cut and with the extra slots I've got some wiggle room to create something new. I would encourage everyone to take a look at the set skeleton and let me know if anything looks glaringly missing or off.

As it stands Tuvia needs the following commons: White sorcery White enchantment Blue creature x2 Blue instant x2 Black creature x2 Black instant Black enchantment Red creature x3 Red instant Red enchantment Green creature x2 Artifacts x10

Regarding collaborate: I don't know whether the flavor description has evolved since I last read them, but I did not get the impression the different races work together to any particular extent.

Mono blue goblins anyone?

IS the question whether anyone noticed them or whether anything thinks they are good? I noticed them, and I don't necessarily object to shifting tribes into new colors, but the blue Goblins could use some justification and identity. It seems like an arbitrary and unnecessary choice and if you told me you'd replace all Goblins with Gnomes/Noggles/Efreets/Humans, I'd not be inclined to say the blue cards are getting a worse deal.

Prototype Testers is actually feeling like a Goblin card, but I didn't see that one until doing a search. The other three are cards that are "there" and I don't feel like I should have a strong opinion on them being Goblins.

If your comments are on a small number of specific cards, they may be better added to those cards. This is for comments on the set as a whole.
