Random Generator gave me Imps' Taunt and Touch of Death. What the? Two Buyback cards in a row? I just gave (((Dehumanize))) an easier way to jump back in your hand, because I assumed I wouldn't see that much buyback. I guess some things are bound to change when all the cards come in.

I'm not sure "attacks this turn if able" is really a black mechanic any more. These days it seems to be red or blue (Alluring Siren, though possibly she's just flavour-driven). I guess you could claim the Time Spiral excuse and say you're putting things in the colours they were at one point.

Anyway, this is a nice card. If you've removed the cantrip, though, I'd be inclined to make it CMC 2 rather than 3 though.

Costing pseudo-buyback spells are tricky. Their casting cost includes the concept that you could just blow it early to get an effect off of them, which this version of buyback doesn't. But I got to be honest, if a red instant said "Deal 1 damage to target creature, that creature must attack this turn if able", I'd probably say "That sounds like a good Incinerate variant in common. Probably costs about ". So, with the ability to pull it back, it's got to cost more (though would probably be fine).

You're right about the color. It didn't occur to me for some reason. Guess it was all the talk about Imps. You know, I think I'm just going to make the card in the last paragraph.
