Heat Shimmer + Feldon of the Third Path / Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker/Flamerush Rider/Twinflame as a Splice onto Arcane Spell.

Bumped the cost from 1rr to 2rr but made it an instant so it can be used as a combat trick to make it more versatile in limited. (E.g. Inner Struggle.
