Decaying Baloth is pretty much the same as Rumbling Baloth?

This card confuses me. With Disgruntled Badger also in the set, the pair paints {b} as the color with larger/beefier creatures than {g}.

Yeah, while I have no problem making an undead creature únnaturally powerful despite its decomposing state, I can see how I pushed this too far when I - after minutes careful balancing the numbers back and forth - just increased the toughness until the stats were square. :)
