Color pie wise this is quite awkward when cast for {1}{b}{g}. Vigilance is secondary in {g} and "attacking if able" is barely {b}. I can see the connection between it and "can't block" though. Blocking if able doesn't fit into either {b} or {g} IMO. I see it as a {w/r} thing.
