Scalding Tongs meets Errand of Duty. Man, that was a tough Mashup. Along with having nothing in common, really, Banding is one of the holy grail of designers. They keep slamming their heads against that one. Originally, I was aiming for:

{1}{b}
Creature
Flash
Whenever you have 2 or less cards in hand, sacrifice ~, and deal 3 damage to your opponent.
1/2

But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't shoehorn banding into that. It's too confusing and different. This Tribal Artifact, though, does the trick in a much nicer way. And a person who played Scalding Tongs a lot might just recognize that influence.

Nice! I like it when people find a way to evoke a bit of banding without bringing in the whole hog.
