Red "bears" are already kinda pushing it and this seems way too effective for the color. The same applies to Patriot Soldier.
It's also really weird to have a color shift of this as Noble Monk in the same set. Btw, white doesn't really get prowess (it's in izzet) - it was done in jeskai though but I'm not sure why you are having it in here.
