Is that supposed to say Spell Mastery?

I would expect this condition on a blue-black land.

Not supposed to say spell mastery, copy/paste relic. U/B gets threshold for this cycle. Some compromises were made trying to get all 10 guilds working, but delirium was actually primary WGB, so I'd say it makes more sense here than a blue guild.
