Is this too good? Compare with Myr Turbine and Myr Matrix. It'll typically make more than 2 tokens per activation, so you're getting more for your mana than with Myr Matrix. But this devours library as well, and can't be used twice a turn, and doesn't pump your other creatures.
change "5, T: Exile 5" to "X, T: Exile X".
Also, compare to Oona, Queen of the Fae. I'd probably argue that it may be a bit underpowered. This would make some interesting problems when you have too much mana. Paying
and tapping it would probably be a terrible idea. It is unlikely that the extra 5 mana would give you much more than 1 extra thrull... but you'd be knocking large swathes of cards out of your deck in the process.

That thing is awesome. I'm a bit annoyed that Wizards designed that card before I did, evidently, and is publishing it after I designed it for Magic 20XD6. But I can't really complain. They got the flavor perfectly.
