Surprised this doesn't exist.
River's Grasp does the combined effect for
cheaper, and gives you the flexibility if you don't draw one colour, but this does let you use left side as a stall play if you're short of mana. Oh, and this can hit artifacts/enchantments/planeswalkers, which makes it significantly more potent (though still only Recoil without the empty hand condition). So... yeah, seems a natural tweak on River's Grasp.
In "Dragon's Maze" they have only a single card for each color pair divided across rarities. It seems they opted out for Far // Away (a take on Barrin's Spite) which is understandable since common fuse cards are most likely the hardest ones to come up with.
