Total overhaul. Set needed a common blue "stay tapped" aura.

I don't think supplemental token-generation feels very blue, especially as a miniscule rider on a mundane enchantment.

I do like the idea of tying the addition to your wizard tribal theme, but this just isn't right.

The idea is that the wizard shows up and talks your ear off. Flavor-wise, I'm okay with bending the norms just a little.

To look at it from the other side, we could easily have a 1/1 creature that taps something when he enters the battlefield; this does virtually the same thing but for a slightly different purpose.
