Hee. Fun.
Curious that this is strictly better than Vision Skeins and Inspiration simultaneously. Well, in fact, if this was just a Vision Skeins/Inspiration split card that'd be fair enough, but this is a full {1} discount on both halves as well?

And now its strictly better than Divination. It should probably cost four cmc with overload 1u to not be better than Vision Skeins.

Well, maybe. Divination has been obsoleted before - Mulldrifter. And Vision Skeins isn't exactly a powerhouse. This is more justifiable, though I wouldn't bat an eyelid at 3U/1U sorcery either.
