Not on color-pie. It really feels like you want Pirates to be {u}{r} or {r}{b} rather than {u}{b}. Maybe try something more flavorful? I realize you want to trigger Clegg's ability with this card, but dealing direct damage that isn't loss of life just isn't very black.
