Haste is secondary in black, but this definitely doesn't feel flavorful. I would try something more in-color-pie that makes it both blue and black. As it stands right now there's no reason for blue to be there.

Not only is this just "island/swampwalk" in this deck, but the wording is incorrect. If it can produce colorless mana, does it gain basic landwalk? There's no good way to word this card that makes it unambiguous without mountains of text. Probably easier to just discard Island/Swamp.
