Very very powerful. This is basically Palace Siege on a stick, so maybe something like {3} {u} {b} for a 3/3 is more fair, if not 3/2. This is a combination of Xenograft and it, so {u} {b} actually works this time. I'd probably lean more towards {2} {u} {b} {b} if you're looking for something more unique.
