Shouldn't the bloodrush target also gain haste?

The combination of abilities is neat, but to me the card seems rather unbalanced. Like, in a way that you could increase both the mana cost and the bloodrush cost by {1}, and it would still look playable to me. Usually flexibility taxes the card's costs.

Yeah, this looks terrifying. The fact that it bounces your attacker is a slight nod to balance, but in practice would just turn out to be a huge benefit with Flametongue Kavu or Avalanche Riders or whatever.

(Though it doesn't help that I first read it as returning itself from your graveyard to your hand.)
