It feels like this could easily be an uncommon in this environment. Actually, if this is a cube, why are there rarities? Are you still planning to boosters with 10 commons, 1 rare, or so?

There are a couple of mechanics that only appear twice or so. Aspiring here and Progress in blue. Seems quite pointless to even include them if they are used so rarely.
