WOW Raise the Alarm at sorcery speed but with a 2 life boost? This should either cost {w}{w} or even {2}{w}, nice card idea though.

Sorcery speed is a big downgrade, and I think it's perfectly fine at 1W.

Yeah, I think I agree this is fine. Sorcery speed takes away a lot of the strength in Raise the Alarm. I think Chris's version Mount Expedition was a bit too strong, but this seems fine.
