That is a beautiful and hilarious creature type line. It's also an awesome mechanic. But it's not a mechanic I'd associate with a Spellshaper, who so far have always had activated abilities with "discard a card" costs and an effect corresponding to a printed spell from Magic's history.

Your're right, I just picked the best sounding subclass as listed from the salvation page. I might just stick with Homarid then
