You want square brackets [] around the loyalty abilities, to make [+1] and similar. Squiggle brackets {} are for mana symbols.

I like that second ability, but the first one seems crazily good for a + ability. It could easily be a -. I don't think there's any sensible way to have "destroy target creature" in a + ability... maybe "destroy [up to one] target creature with power 1 or less".

Would you like the ultimate to say "in addition to his other types" or "He's no longer a planeswalker"? It should probably say one or the other. That also looks pretty costly for an ultimate, especially if you're giving up the stream of card advantage from the other two abilities, and doubly so if it's not got a way to protect itself like indestructible. Or was it meant to be "until end of turn"?

@Alex Thanks for your help! Didn't realize I'd done that with the symbols. Also don't know what I was thinking with such a powerful +1 on a four cost PW. I gave it a blink effect (it's a spirit planeswalker and that feels right) which is still powerful but now it doesn't protect itself nearly as well. I also fixed the ultimate. It sticks around now and protects itself and closes out a game nicely. That said the cost is so high that it's not really likely to happen. Like most Ultimates, this is a flavour text This card is really all about the second ability which I quite like.
