Hm. Seems a bit underpowered. Compare Rag Dealer/Carrion Beetles (costs 1 more to activate, but zaps three cards with no restriction, and is cheaper to cast), or at higher rarities Thraben Heretic or Deathrite Shaman.

Good point. I tried to search. All the examples I found weren't repeatable so I upped the requirements a bit, but it seemed I just missed them.
