was thinking that I may be able to cost this at {r}{g} but then it may be a little too strong. Functionally its a Uktabi Orangutan reprint.

Also Keldon Vandal. Compare also with Tin Street Hooligan. {r}{g} 2/2 would be too strong, but 2/1 would be printable - effectively a subset of Tin Street Hooligan.
