This is a blue effect, not a green one.
Oddly, though, I wouldn't blink if this were just a regular colorless artifact.

Hey there. Thanks for stumbling in the brainstorm of a set i'm on the verge of populating. This card (and the other you saw) are merely cards I had in mind when brainstorming the set mechanics/themes and that I thought needed to make it in full cards ideas or I would forget them so they might not be exactly correct for now. This might very well become a colorless while Fright might turn whatever color it needs to be.
