Wow. Aether Adept / Man-o'-War with flash. But yes, I guess
is the perfect colour combination for that. Still... looks very potent. Might need to go slightly up in cost or rarity or down in size. Compare Mist Raven.

This is really strong. See Harbinger of the Tides, and even then that's a Rare with not as much flexibility. I would definitely bump it up to
or maybe even 
in a vaccuum, and you have enough Burst creatures that makes instant speed unsummons a drag against any of those decks.
Comparisons to Harbinger of the Tides are pretty convincing that this is a bit too good. Also punishes at least one of the faction mechanics too much. Moved cost up to 4 pending actual testing. Might move to 5 or move back down if green blue is too weak.
