On Card49397:

Seems very strong. Less flexible than a filter land on Turn 1, but after that even better. Fixing is insane in this set, but I suppose it has to be if you're going to be casting any 3-color spell into Vampire Nocturnus. Maybe try {2}, {t}: Add {w}{b}{r} to your mana pool? Right now this set seems to not favor faster decks at all.

On Monk of the Serene Wind:

This is really strong. See Harbinger of the Tides, and even then that's a Rare with not as much flexibility. I would definitely bump it up to {2}{g}{u} or maybe even {3}{g}{u} in a vaccuum, and you have enough Burst creatures that makes instant speed unsummons a drag against any of those decks.

On Herd Ox:

I need to test limited obviously but yeah, it might need to go down to a 0/2 just to have it not be a 1/4 for 1 when active.

On Herd Ox:

Looks to be fairly strong for a 1-drop, especially since it's a multicolor set. I'd feel a lot better if this was 0/2, especially since you have a bunch of one-toughness dudes in the set.

On Terrarion Apostle:

This is pretty strong. Woolly Thoctar was a very strong pick in Alara draft, and this has Trample and and gravy stapled onto it. At the very least make it a 4/3 so that Shard Volley can get rid of it. Or take off the Trample so that it's not as good late game against Progenitor'd creatures.

On Terrarion Apostle:

-doublepost-

On Soleil Torturer:

I hate the new template, but you should probably change it to exile with a duration, i.e. "Exile that card until ~ leaves the battlefield."

On Monk of the Serene Wind:

What faction is this associated with? I thought your factions were {u}{b}{r}, {r}{g}{w} and {r}{w}{b}.

On Lunaria Core:

Gem of Becoming shifted down to common? I'm not sure that's a good idea, and even less so making three of them at common. That's a lot of acceleration, for a slow enough deck that can spare the time for it. And these won't be a high pick for aggro decks - in fact there'll be so many of them that they'll clog up the late picks.

Along with Herald of Groves that's at least four commons that can find two or more lands. Contrast with Alara block or Tarkir where the common manafixers just fix one mana at a time (Obelisk of Grixis, Grixis Panorama, Mardu Banner, Bloodfell Caves).

On Monk of the Serene Wind:

Wow. Aether Adept / Man-o'-War with flash. But yes, I guess {g}{u} is the perfect colour combination for that. Still... looks very potent. Might need to go slightly up in cost or rarity or down in size. Compare Mist Raven.
