Not sure if this'd get too irritating at common; it may end up getting moved to uncommon. There are a few ways to take this idea: you could instead regenerate for {2}. But I like the idea of this bolted-on widget that automatically does it, although it has to reinitialise itself each upkeep, giving a little window for instant-speed destruction to work.

On the other hand, if this card doesn't even work against instant-speed artifact destruction, people may conclude it's just pointless and not play it.

I might change this to "{t}: Regenerate connected artifact." There aren't any other connectors with {t} abilities, but several care about whether they can successfully become tapped, which is close enough.

Playtest it first and see whether people bother using it.
