A stronger, same-function replacement for (((Plasma Shield))), which will be removed, and rare replacement for (((Mass Recall))), which will be depowered and bumped down to uncommon. Part of last set of revisions to Protoss, to give it a bit more staying power at the start.

Surprisingly powerful.

Does Copying a creature give you access to it's abilities on battlefield enter? For instance say I copy a carrier and am I allowed to place in my 1/1 Blue flying tokens?
