That's a rather good Elvish Visionary. Also surprising to see it in white: green and blue are generally the colours who get this kind of thing (Wistful Selkie).

There was Wall of Omens. Though apparently only wall of omens, I thought this had been repeated in white but apparently not!

(I think Messenger Falcons gets this ability for GU and flying for W though it's hard to tell.)

I wouldn't have blinked to see this on a quintessentially white creature like a wall or a small bird, but I think it should probably be reserved for GU unless there's a specific reason to use it in W (which there may be here, I don't know the flavour).
