I feel like the pseudo-populate could be too powerful here.

Wow. Hmm. Yes, I think I agree. That's a lot cheaper than Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage, and mostly better because it can imitate your opponent's tokens too.

Yeah, making tokens for 2 mana is crazy cheap actually. Even if they were only 1/1s, compare Jade Mage, Mobilization, Herald of Anafenza.
